No way

We are still waiting. Waiting for decision from Odessa. February, 5th was the first anniversary as we await the decision from Court of Appeal.
At June we will celebrate 3 years of our organisation.
From 2007 to 2010 we successfully did:
- computer classroom at Kherson regional organisation of Society of Visually Impared;
- five seasons of quiz game "Terra Intellecta" for pupils and students;
- championship "Tavrian Owl-2009" (quiz); // 2010 would be too ;)
- project "Matrix" (more information in Russian at http://nesami.org.ua);
We have account at Twitter (http://twitter.com/rozumnyj), own web-site (http://rozumnyj.narod.ru). And we still doesn't have official documents... After three years, I think that we doesn't need it anymore. I'm just joking, you know.

We've got an answer from Odessa

We've got an answer from Court of Appeals in Odessa. Our case was "left without moving", because there are not enough documents for representatives of Mnistry of Justice to represent themselves at our case. They must "fix their errors" till... October.
Sounds strange, isnt'it?
By the way, judges in Odessa didn't send copies, which I ask them to send.

Next steps

Local representatives of Ministry of Justice appealed to Court of Appeals in Odessa. We are still waiting for justice. After Court of Appeals would be Court in Kiev and, it's possible, European Court in Human Rights...

We won!

After a couple of hearings we won - judge says, that local representatives of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine did the wrong... Eight monthes...
But they wouldn't stop and want to make appelation to the court in Odessa.
We'll struggle for our rights! Rights to be free!

One more day at the court. Still waiting for justice, waiting for truth. Same at 17th of February and at the 25th of February. Next - at 17th of March. So long, isn't it?

Hearing was really short - judge was busy. Next hearing would be at February, 19. At February, 17 would be anniversary of those letter from Ministry of Justice (Ukraine) with explanations, who must to register non-governmental organizations. From this point to our times approximately 5 organizations (it is only Kherson regional quantity) could not complete registrations. There are 25 regions in Ukraine. 25 * 5 = 125. So much active people couldn't make their projects officially. Why???

You can't fight city hall? Probably

One little victory. Representative (at last, she came to the court!) of our cityhall made an objection - 4 paper sheets. As I saw, there was some mistakes at the interpretation of laws.
Next hearing would be at January, 22. So, we'll wait.
At February, 2008, would be sad anniversary - one year without legally provided registration of non-governmental organizations. Would you join us to celebrate?
