You can't fight city hall? Probably

One little victory. Representative (at last, she came to the court!) of our cityhall made an objection - 4 paper sheets. As I saw, there was some mistakes at the interpretation of laws.
Next hearing would be at January, 22. So, we'll wait.
At February, 2008, would be sad anniversary - one year without legally provided registration of non-governmental organizations. Would you join us to celebrate?

We all have families

Today our judge took a vacation. May be he has a kind of problems. He has a family. I've got information about that only at the judge's cabinet. Representative of justice was surprised too. Representative of other side was absent. Next meet arranged at the December,21th.
Tomorrow, 23th of November, our major will have a session. I would not make a civil protest - it is silly. May be later.

Journalizm in Ukraine

The Ukrainian Independent Media Trade Union is demanding that those responsible for beating up the head of the Media Union in Ternopil, correspondent for the newspaper “Tochka OPORY”, Ihor Stsibailo, be prosecuted. He was attacked during the early hours of 20 October near the Ternopil Youth Centre “Las Vegas” by two men in civilian clothes, one of whom produced a pass identifying him as a criminal investigation officer Oleh Mohyla.

Why me?

When I've got an idea to registrate non-profit local youth organization, I didn't expect so many troubles. Some of my friends says: "Man, it's not important... Who cares about this problem?" But other says: "Man, you're doing a huge work!"
Let's see. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that today we have a big problem at the local stage. Problem with civil society organisation registration at Ukraine.
