Local representatives of Ministry of Justice appealed to Court of Appeals in Odessa. We are still waiting for justice. After Court of Appeals would be Court in Kiev and, it's possible, European Court in Human Rights...

We won!

After a couple of hearings we won - judge says, that local representatives of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine did the wrong... Eight monthes...
But they wouldn't stop and want to make appelation to the court in Odessa.
We'll struggle for our rights! Rights to be free!

One more day at the court. Still waiting for justice, waiting for truth. Same at 17th of February and at the 25th of February. Next - at 17th of March. So long, isn't it?

Hearing was really short - judge was busy. Next hearing would be at February, 19. At February, 17 would be anniversary of those letter from Ministry of Justice (Ukraine) with explanations, who must to register non-governmental organizations. From this point to our times approximately 5 organizations (it is only Kherson regional quantity) could not complete registrations. There are 25 regions in Ukraine. 25 * 5 = 125. So much active people couldn't make their projects officially. Why???
