Come later. Again.
Had a visit to Chamber of Registrations - they must do as Court of Appeals says: legalize our organization. Representative of Chamber was very surprised:"You wait so long..." Yeap, three long years. After that he describes that I must give my documents to the Main district of our City Hall - but, he thought that documents are wrong (why documents wasn't wrong 3 years ago, ha?). And, at the end of discussion he advised me to come later - maybe next week, 'cause this Sunday, 31th of October we all in Ukraine have big event - elections... Here you can find document (in Ukrainian, later we'll try to put translation, if someone need), first really valuable documents from this case. It proves that we are right and we REALLY have right to be free. Just enter captcha (digits) and push green button.

Justice exists
Today I finally approved that justice exists. At September, 28th, Court of Appeals in Odessa decided that we are right and our City Hall representatives were wrong and finally must legalize our youth organisation. After 3 years of judgement. So quick, isn't it?
Now I'm waiting a letter from Odessa. Those letter also must be sent to City Hall, but as secretary of judge says: "They didn't ask for a copy and also we have financial problems..." Oh, Odessa... Thank you!
I predict two different outcomes:
a) legalization by City Hall
b) appeals from City Hall to HACU
